Head Coach is Sensei Garry Phillips, with over 40 years experience teaching locally, nationally and internationally. 

We have a team of very experienced Coaches, specialising in Ju Jitsu, Krav Maga and Kobudo Arts. Plus all round self defence / conflict management.
